Marketing Assistance Guidelines & Application

Applications will be reviewed quarterly at the NCPC Board meetings in October, January, April or July. Applications must be received by the first of the month or first business day if the 1st is on a holiday or weekend for events no less than 60 days following the application submission. Please see guidelines for specific dates. Notice of meeting time and location change will be posted here.

Final Reports are due 60 days from the conclusion of the event. Use the template above to complete the form, attach any necessary documents, and email them to jessica@visitnatchez.org or mail them to the Visit Natchez office.
