On October 31st, bring your Wee Ghosties and Ghouls to the Bluff this Halloween! Line up on Broadway Street, from Madison to Franklin, in your spooked-out vehicle, get your photos with the Grinch at the in downtown, around the North end of the Bluff. Come join the fun!!
