This two-day event will be held February 23-24, 2023, at the Natchez Convention Center at 211 Main St. It will feature a number of well-known authors and books related to African American history. The NLCC has been called by official evaluators “Mississippi’s most significant annual conference devoted to literature, history, film, and culture.”
