Join us at 5:30 pm for a hospitality social followed by a bit of history beginning at 6:00 pm. 

Corinne Randazzo, a child in 1927, will describe, with pictures, “When the Town of Vidalia Moved After the Great Mississippi Flood of 1927, the most destructive river flood in the history of the United States.” Her story includes pictures and a description of the enormous task she took on, in collaboration with Katharine Calhoun, to inventory the houses moved.
