Natchez, get ready to celebrate in grand style! It’s LIVE@FIVE + FIREWORKS from Miss-Lou Fireworks on Tuesday, 04/04/2023 at the Bandstand Park on the Bluff.
Yes, it’s hot – but along with the heat comes great summer events, like this opportunity to gather as a community to celebrate our nation’s Independence with music, fun, food, fellowship, and FIREWORKS!!
We are busy sprucing up the Bandstand and it will soon have a new coat of paint and landscaping. So, bring your chairs, wear your red, white and blue, and get ready to have some fun! There will be food vendors, fans, tents, and free activities for the kids from the Parks & Recreation Dept.
Live Music provided by Live at Five: Stay Safe & Jam: Cha Cha Boom at 5:00pm and Emerson Hill & The Room 102 Band at 7:00pm.
There’s a Salute to Veterans at 8:00pm with the National Anthem, followed by a Special Presentation to the Surviving Natchez WWII Vets from Mayor Dan Gibson & Galen Mark LaFrancis, Natchez Poet Laureate.
Fireworks Grand Finale over the river at 9:30pm, thanks to Sabrina Dore’ of Miss Lou Fireworks.
